Who Am I?: The Journey From Unworthy to Called

Rate this book
Do you feel a divine calling inside you, yet battle with doubts and feelings of unworthiness? Do you wonder, "Why would God even call me out of billions of saints?"

Two women went to the temple to pray, one proud of her perfection, the other broken and pleading for mercy. God loves them both, but guess who he chooses to later use?

Many are called.

When you believe God is calling, you might ask yourself “Who am I?” for the God of Heaven to know my name. The world might look at your past and ask who you think you are for the God of all the Earth to choose you.

This book "Who Am I?" helps you understand that your brokenness and perceived unworthiness are what make you worthy. It helps you see that God judges us not by our looks and appearance. He looks at the heart. It then takes you on a journey from doubt to triumph, from fear to faith, and from confusion to clarity.

With personal stories, practical advice, and timeless wisdom, it guides you in overcoming obstacles, silencing your inner critic, and embracing your calling.

If you're ready to find out why you are called for your purpose "Who Am I?" is an essential read.

After reading, you’ll be empowered to answer boldly and confidently the questions your soul asks and the inquiries of the world about who you are, illuminating your path toward a fulfilling and purpose-driven life.

A Book for Those in Need of Courage

This is a quick primer on dark nights of the soul, the fires lit under our butts during them, and how, if we pay attention, we can discover what our life is meant for. The author is fierce and passionate and I found myself cheering and nodding quite a bit.

I will say that for those who might be triggered by unqualified “Christian” language, or suffered religious abuse at the hands of those who have used God as a weapon this book is not for you, as the author does seem inflexible in her perception of God or the Bible as an infallible (and seemingly only) inspired text.

But her description of the holy hero’s journey is on point, regardless of religious leanings. (Though my experience of the devil is quite different… not necessary for this review.)

As a self-proclaimed Christian mystic myself, for lack of better language, whose spiritual transformations are the result of many revelations from many Ascended Masters and inspired texts in addition to the Bible (which was manipulated, changed, and cut by men who wanted to control the collective, much like now) I applaud the author’s clarity and commitment, as well as the construction of her message.

She is, as we say, “on fire with the Spirit.”

That said, it is one of those times when I hope a reader who is desperate for answers does not feel further alienated by declarations of truth that insist that person see God a specific way or only hear God from certain pages. It can keep people from turning to The Infinite for too many painful years. (I know it did me… which is why what I have been guided to right is a bit different.)

Regardless, this a delicate matter —the spiritual awakening— so ANYONE offering the hope of one is a generous and courageous human, so I say kudos for that.

Another grand slam!

Kimberly, as always, speaks to me. She is in touch with her spiritual side and has been given the ability to teach her wisdom to others. This book shares her journey.
