In the nicest way I can say this, this is the worst book I've ever come across on psychic abilities. It's disorganized and just a mess of random information. You can tell the author isn't a psychic herself and didn't know how to categorize things. I've done a ton of research in this field and this is a very surface level book. If you really want to learn psychic abilities check out Karen Fox's "The Pyschic Workbook" or this website >> intuitivenetwork.org

One of my weird friends bought me this book so I guess I'll read it.

Haha but seriously, it looks interesting. ;)

"The Essential Guide to Psychic Powers: Develop Your Intuitive, Telepathic and Healing Skills" falls short of providing substantial guidance for readers seeking to develop their psychic abilities. While the subject matter is intriguing, the book lacks the depth and practical exercises necessary to effectively explore these skills. The content could benefit from more detailed instructions and engaging writing that includes real-life examples. Overall, the book may not fully meet the expectations of those looking for a comprehensive resource in developing psychic powers

Very detailed and easy to understand
