Practical Advice, no being fake

A conversational self-awareness guide as much as self-help. Practical advice instead of simply basic theory. Things a person can develop and put into everyday use. No requirement to change yourself to "fit in" but more his to embrace who you are and find ways to not let social anxiety cripple you in any given situation.
