After a lot of journaling this is the first book I read about the practice itself. And I loved it!

I loved the friendly tone and I loved the many ways and ideas and types of journaling entries that the author provided from her experience. So many ways in which you can write in order to hold conflict, to find solutions, to understand yourself and get insights.

What makes this book a wonderful tool is, also, the richness of examples it provides. There are so many people writing their deepest feelings and ideas, you wouldn't even think to go about writing in this way or about this, but why not?! The book is an invitation and an inspiration to bring more awareness into your journal practice and into your life.
