“Satisfaction Guaranteed” gave me everything I wanted and then sprinkled a little extra on top. The premise alone had me leaning in, because how often do we get a former street kid turned pediatric surgeon navigating the world of male escorting while also trying to heal from a lifetime of relational wreckage? It sounds wild, yet it works so well. It is unique, juicy, and full of character depth that sneaks up on you.
Dem has been through it, from a rough childhood to building himself into a respected surgeon. After back to back heartbreaks leave him convinced love is not for him, he steps into escorting as a way to disconnect and protect himself. Then one client walks in and throws his whole emotional armor into chaos. Suddenly intimacy is not just physical anymore, it is vulnerable, it is terrifying, and it is exactly what he has been avoiding. Watching him wrestle with old wounds while trying not to fall for someone who sees right through him was the kind of slow burn emotional tension I eat up.
This story is tender, sensual, and surprisingly healing. The chemistry is electric, the character growth is satisfying, and Dem is easily one of the most compelling heroes I have read in a minute. His softness, his edges, his guarded heart, all of it pulls you in.
The whole thing feels like watching someone learn how to be loved without flinching. And yes, the steam? Top tier. But the emotional payoff is what makes this book unforgettable.
A five star, full body sigh, “why did it end so fast” type of read.

I was a little skeptical at first but once Dem met Kaylee, the story takes off from there. And let me tell you their chemistry was off the charts!! I wished it was longer! I wanted more of Dem and Kaylee they were too cute!

Daaaamn Dem!
So I listened to the audiobook. I'm not typically a fan of male narrators because very few that I've heard do justice to the roles, but this man brought the heat and he probably needs to bring me some new panties as well. The female narrator wasn't offensive to the ear either, so that was helpful.
If you like something steamy but sweet, well as sweet as it CAN be considering this man was a whole male escort LOL, this is your book. Now if you'll pardon me, I'm going to look up where I can find a company like this in Pittsburgh that can deliver me this type of toe-curling "boyfriend experience." 🔥

I loved Dem and Kaylee. Dem was the hoe and not the pimp as his cousin Cason put it and he was assigned to Kaylee. It was definitely instant love on Dem's part and instant lust on Kaylee's part. They fell into their fake relationship and caught real feelings for each other. I loved how Dem fell first and he made sure he kept his girl. The epilogue was so cute and I was not ready for it to end. First read by this author but I will be reading more.

Fake dating at its finest! These two vibe right away, no real angst and no breakup. Really loved the epiloque. If you're familiar with Detroit, you'll love the references.

Dem was such a sweetheart despite his traumatic past. I enjoyed watching him be vulnerable and relinquish his control. I knew from the moment he met Kaylee that he was gonna fall in love. Awesome story with the right amount of spice.

I don’t know why I listened to this at work though... Author Kaylynn Hunt is not messing around with these intimate descriptions 🥵😅😩 I’m talking about hot and ready 😂 In my head the entire time I’m thinking, “I wanna do that!”
Now, I have to admit my husband is quite chivalrous but 🗣️Dem, he did not come to play and that ending gave me everything I was hoping for 🥰 If I had the physical book I would have sniffed these pages 😛😈

This was a free book for BRAE 2025. Unfortunately, I did not get it when it was free. However, if you did, please read it!
With that said, I ended up buying this on Audible to listen to it since someone recommended it! This was fantastic.
First of all, the audio is a duet!!!!!!! I LOVE duets! The narrators were fantastic, but my review is based on the story (mostly).
I thoroughly enjoyed Dem and Kaylee's story! This is a happy mix of high spice and low smut because of the BDSM scenes. Whether you read it or listen to it, I highly recommend it.

I’m so glad I was gifted this! It’s a break from my regular thriller/horror spree. Dem is definitely my new book bae. It’s gonna be hard for any others to top him. And I’m definitely going to compare mall year round! The story was well written, from start to finish I was pulled in. I love a good love story! And I’m waiting for Zaddy Inc. to be a real service. IJS. This author has a new fan!

If you like romance and little spice with your romance, you really should check this out! I am currently in my thriller era and don't normally read a lot of romance and don't do much spice at all, call me a prude, but I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I found myself often breaking out in a little smile as I was listening. It was a very cute, short, cozy read, and I highly recommend it.
