Fantastic book which last year I followed, and now am doing it again. The book really helped me stick to the diet, but also it depends on what your job is. (if you have an active job then makesure you eat more calories). Last summer (2015) I managed to get down to a size 8 on this diet! I never weighed myself, but was unable to exercise on a fast day. If you have to exercise I recommend a walk or a light swim. I want to shed some pounds again now, so I read it everyday for the recipes!

I really only bought it for the recipes as I am already familiar with the scheme but it includes a lot of information for those who are new to the idea. It was on offer for £0.99 so well worth the money.
