The stunning conclusion of the Apocalypse Sequence trilogy! (Book III of the Apocalypse Series)They took everything from Elliot Brand.
The woman he loved, his career, his reputation, and almost his life. Left alone in a world on the brink of the apocalypse, he can trust nobody anymore.
But there is nothing more dangerous than a man with nothing to lose.
And Elliot Brand is coming for them ...
For those who like Michael Crichton and Indiana Jones!
I’m an ex-high school English teacher and would advise the author to find better proof-readers. The many grammatical and spelling errors grossly detract from the book’s readability. Many unnecessary commas, the use of “Him” as the subject ( i.e. Him and I went there.) are 6th grade level English errors and take away from the book greatly. As to the audacious action, all Elliott Brand needs is a cape to make him Superman.
Huge revelations and complete validation for Professor Elliott Brand's work with Professor Alois Teller. For the first time, the secret of the Ancients is out in public. And the threat of Earth's total annihilation has been vanquished.
Read about the betrayal between intelligence agencies, secret societies, and even between the most intimate people. Shocking twists and turns lead to gasping moments of breathlessness.
The Apocalypse Sequence is a brilliant series within a series, intensifying the overall plot. This book leaves me with my mouth watering for the next book to find out what TS Falk will come up with next.
A great series that ended in a very loud thud. Disappointing when a writer lets a great twist go to waste because they are not brave enough to follow through.
Professor Brand does it again. This book has the highest stakes of any before it. Honestly, it was the best in the series. The descriptions were the most vivid. Eliot, bless him, had every reason to be paranoid but held off long enough to get the mission completed. Lastly, the author wraps up the storyline of the Ancients perfectly. It's the glimpse behind the curtain that we needed, not just the one we wanted.
The whole series is a great romp. Sure it's overly fantastical. It's all great fun and a good read. There are many instances where a good proofreader would have kicked it up a notch but, overall, the series was great fun.
I look forward to reading more from this author and expect his storytelling to develop with each new novel. I hope his publisher spends a bit more time and effort on editing as this will help greatly.
I just finished The Apocalypse Sequence 3. Absolutely loved it. The characters are well written and believable and the action sequences are top-notch. Just a great adventure that will have you rooting for the good guys against the all too believeble villans, who sometimes turn out to be not such villans after all. Engaging and exciting - I definitely recommend this entire series,
I appreciate a pregnant heroine and a research hero who is devoted to unlocking the past and fighting to save the future. Alot of novels do not attempt to recognize women as smart and strong. This story captures the current violence and uses the strength of characters to create a future. The whole set of three is so enjoyable you may put aside your other plans.
Really just one long book so read them in order. And it’s a non- stop thrill ride as a secret society plans to use ancient technology to bring about the extinction of everything on the planet. Elliot and Ashra have their hands full as they try to prevent catastrophe. One hell of a ride from start to finish.
The grammar is a bit off but that's not the biggest problem of this book. The story is so far fetched that it quickly turns Elliot Brand into a Mary Sue. The only thing he hasn't gotten yet is magical powers, although it borderline feels that way. I sincerly hope it's the Elliot/Ashra final book since the duo has clearly been losing steam.
After the "concussion" that Mr. Falk got on my head with "The Apocalypse Sequence II, and the hair rising plot of the III, finally I can drop down the meds for blood pressure. A beautiful finale for the best SF trilogy I had the pleasure to read in this year (counting the year since June 2023!
True adventure, love, mystery, the lot. I was unable to put down the series. I truly enjoyed, laughed, and cried. Grab a drink, snack, and find a comfortable place.
Read all 9 books! Loved the characters and the storylines in the series. Fast paced keeping the reader engaged. Prof. Brand the main character is like a modern Indiana Jones. I hope there will be more books in the series.
Have thoroughly enjoyed this adventure. Memorable characters with all the human flaws that make you want to see them succeed. Enjoy this author very much and looking forward to more of his works.
This series was phenomenal. Gripping from page one. SciFi, archeological, historic, spies, love and loss all in one series that could entirely be believable. Kudos T.S. Falk
Please get an editor or proofreader or use spell check. Enjoyed the story and wasn’t entirely sure how it would end. Plenty of room left for post cataclysm stories in the same world I am sure.
This was a great book! When I was a teacher I always tried to teacher my students try not to use too much magic in your writing. I believe it would not have worked for this book!
Wow, I loved these books. Talk about a mind bending story. And don’t cheat and read ahead. Mr FALK is a very quick read, exploring a topic that made sense, and has so many twists it was impossible to set aside. Science fiction at its finest ❤️
Hoping for further adventures of Professor Elliott Brand - he’s better than Indiana Jones! Edge of your seat plot twists & something new with every chapter.
