Ooooh now we getting hot and heavy.
I'll give the series credit. We move quick. Making out behind the friends back. A little dreamy dreamy getting steamy. Lots of boobs this volume. I'm in.

Come for the… look, you’re here because this is in atrociously bad taste and lurid as all get out. This continues to be the story of incredible hormone production and the poor self-control that results.
When we last left Shizuku and Riku, they were hardcore making out, while Umimi happened to watch. You’d think this would easily let Umimi achieve her goal of getting Shizuku’s boyfriend, Takuto, all to herself, but where’s the fun in that?
If I didn’t know any better, I would swear the mangaka is just having the best time thinking up the worst possible situations to put these characters into. Anything that can go wrong will, typically, go very wrong. Even when it’s going very right from a certain perspective.
There’s no freak rainstorm or broken lock or three-legged race that can’t rear its head make things awkward. And I don’t mean shojo awkward. There are no heroes in this story, I assure you, as everybody is following their urges and little else. This is a story with the barest amount of restraint and it feels a little more real in that respect (not so many others).
The lone exception to this madness is Takuto, who remains this very underdeveloped side thing that appears to only exist to make Riku and Shizuku’s actions extra trashy. There’s still zero reason she should stay with him; arguably that would have given the series an emotional weight it doesn’t even want.
Basically, Shizuku and Riku go at it, with Riku protesting just enough to earn himself some delayed gratification amidst all the wild swerves. When he gets sick, Umimi really takes things in a whole other direction too, just in case it wasn’t messy enough. Then Shizuku and Umimi collide and… that’s a whole other other thing.
My tolerance for trashy debacles varies, but man, this is a fun ride of incredible awfulness. Whatever passes for a happy ending at the end of this is going to be delivered on the backs of a lot of misery.
This series’ biggest failing is that it indulges its explicit content warning mostly for needless drawings of Shizuku’s bare breasts. It does get Riku topless amidst their interactions a couple times, which is a strange form of equality that manga typically eschews, but she’s the focus.
(The way the title page for each chapter is a picture of Shizuku out in the world fully dressed from the waist up but otherwise in her skivvies is some weird fetishizing too.)
If you were down with the first one, this is still that. I groaned as everybody does the dumbest thing and laughed at the twists of fate and gave my hearty ‘whoa’ when things got intense. And I have to say, it does convey whatever passion Riku and Shizuku are feeling - those two are absolutely in to each other when the decorum collapses.
This is not for everybody, it’s like a shojo and a recent romance novel hopped into a bed together and this was the result. I think recommend is a strong word, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t enjoying the heck out of this.

When hormones take over, this is the story that you get. This is Someone’s Girlfriend Volume 2.
Riku, our main character, constantly get himself in the worst possible situation - locked inside the gym locker with his friends girlfriend, getting sick while doing that, then waking up and finding 2 girls that are into him just casually making tea together at his house. (That was weird by the way) I will say, there no heroes in this story. Riku tries to somewhat fight his urge to like Shizuku, but he is failing hard at it, even starting to get jealous of his friend Takuto. Shizuku is just a weird character, there is no real justification for her to be with Takuto if she like’s Riku that much, so from the outside it just looks like she enjoys messing with people.
I’m not a fan of the explicit content in this volume. It did not need to be there, it has no real purpose here. It just felt like an excuse to draw Shizuku topless. The art is still top notch though.
Overall, this volume doesn’t really do anything with the characters yet and the story is still very surface level. 3 stars out of 5.

The horniest manga I’m reading and also the trashiest, I love it! I wasn’t sure after the first volume if I was going to care for any of these characters, but if you out that all aside and just go for the lowest common denominator it’s flat out a blast. The artwork is an absolute plus, beautifully drawn men and women make this a must read for those who enjoy the soapiest, carnal teenager’s love issues.

Umimi, Shizuku, between the two of them Riku has some serious issues. This could all go sideways and then where will that leave him and Takuto as well. It almost makes me think Takuto has a feeling something is going on as too. Looking forward to the next installment.
