"I absolutely love this whole series and I was so excited to hear that the author is going to keep it going. I feel like I've grown so close to all these characters and I love to see how their lives intertwine. The author does a great job of blending all their stories together in a natural way. Ellen lives in a small town in New England, between the Atlantic Ocean and the White Mountains. She lives with her husband, two sons, and one very spoiled puppy princess.
Ellen writes in the early morning hours before her family wakes up. When she's not writing, you can find her spending time with her family, gardening with her puppy and chickens, or headed to the beach. She loves summer and flip-flops, running on a dirt country road, and a sweet love song.
All of her stories are clean romances where families are close, neighbors are nosy, and the couples are destined for each other.

Oh, my goodness, I loved both first and second box set of Cliffside Point. Such a delight that all of the characters were contained in each book and not just slightly mentioned. I actually got to know each one and know how they were doing as each story unfolded. I guess you could read each on their own but to read them as a series made me feel as though they were family. Thank you!!!!
I binge read this whole series and am so glad I did. I just felt like a part of the characters group, Ellen Joy certainly lived up to her name she brings so much joy to her readers. Thank you for this series Martha's Vineyard would probably be a disappointment in reality but it was beautiful in stories.
This series was so feel good, I loved it. I like reading about characters who overcome obstacles and find courage to step out of their comfort zone to go for it. The characters go through real life experiences and show their icky side. They learn and grow in wisdom and isn't that whst we're all doing in real life. So inspiring!
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I am a fanatic for grammar. The misuse of he/him and she/her drive me wild. There were also some really clumsy sentences. I choose to blame those on a poor editor. I read all 12 books and really enjoyed the story lines. There were no cliff hangers. At the end everything was neatly wrapped up.
Loved this series. Felt like I knew the characters and couldn’t wait to see what happened next. Read all 10 books in a month. Reminded me of the Virgin River series which I also loved.
Loved this series. Great storyline, clean language. Each character came to life and I couldn't wait to find their happy ending. I will definitely read more of Ellen Joy's books.
