When The Darkness Comes
There is so much more to Balen/Creature than what you see on the outside. His inner demon protected him when his mom died and this same demon will make sure that the woman Balen is protecting and following for, will protect her as well.
Blair thought she could handle finding her friend but things turned ugly fast and it was Creature who came to her rescue. Creature and Blair had a great connection and accepted each other for all they’ve been through.
As usual Ms. Landis has written another killer book with that little taste of PRN that made this book a huge page turner.

Oh my damn. This is so good. Didn't want it to end. Pulses pounding action from beginning to end. Creature and Blair are so good together. I love how Creature didn't fight his feelings for Blair. He knew he wanted her and that he was in love with her, so he went for it. I'm glad Blair accepted her feelings for Creature, too. Drake, what can I say about him that won't give anything away...hmmmmm, nothing. Nikki Landis is one of my favorite authors. I know I probably say this every time, but damn can she write. I hate that I have to wait for her next book, but I'll try to be patient, NOT. I absolutely recommend this book. Actually, I recommend this author. Hope everyone enjoys this one.

Loved the shadows
Creature doesn't seem like the kind of guy to fall for someone, not with his rough exterior. All it takes any good man is the look and touch to fall hard for the damsel.
I loved the characters in this story. The all seem to fit together like a well oiled machine.
Another awesome read from our loved author. I can't wait to see who else is added in the books to come from the Las Vegas chapter.

Wow. What a great book by Nikki Landis. I couldn't put book down once started.
I loved Creature and Blair together, they get thrown together when Creature comes to rescue of Blair. Blair is going through a lot, and needs all the help she can get. Creature and the MC helps her, but Blair and Creature find love together.
I can't wait for more.

Ok now I have been reading this author for a while and I can tell you this I am in love with Creature!!!
Ex-military and a loner he finds a woman beaten outside a bar and helps he has his way about him and the RBMC wants to give him the brotherhood he needs and also he brings a lot to them, meeting Blair his heart heals and when their happiness is threatened he became someone totally else to make sure his family is all safe

This story excited me! Nikki Landis wrote a.helluva book and I couldn't wait to read it. It ended up being a page turner that I read long into the wee hours of the night. Creature and Blair find love in one another amongst danger.and turmoil. You should expect.hot steamy scenes, some angst, and hot bikers. You will love this.book, I am sure.

Creature is one hell of a man. He is a fighter for the people he loves. Blair is a fighter too. They both have been through a lot in their lives and it's only fitting they end up together. It's amazing to read about how this new chapter is starting up with each new member. Getting a clubhouse and figuring it all out. This was an amazing read as always can't wait for the next.

Creature and Blair are definitely made for each other. Creature meets Blair in the worst possible way but Creature ultimately saved Blair and she will forever be grateful. She gets caught up in the wrong crowd when searching for her best friend who went missing. I love the Las Vegas chapter's clubhouse - an abandoned casino. How lucky are they?

I love Nikki Landis’ additions to the Royal Bastards universe!
Creature and Blair being to the Las Vegas Chapter that has very close ties to the Tonopah Chapter. There was so much action, adventure, mystery, intrigue, drama and spicy good stuff. Fantastic story and great characters! LOVED it!!!

Great book! I love. The supernatural twisted with the MC! Something different that you don’t see much of.
Balin’s best friend has asked him to join the Las Vegas chapter while he is there visiting. When he is leaving a bar he finds Blair beaten really bad and rushes her to the hospital. Blair is looking for her friend and Balin wants to be by her side. There is a lot going on in this book that will keep you turning the pages. Very interesting.

Nikki Landis has given us another beautifully twisted character in Jeepers Creepers. It is book number three in her latest Royal Bastards MC: Las Vegas, NV chapter series. Jeepers Creepers is a paranormal insta-love story that's a twist on Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde with touch her and die vibes all over it. And let me tell you the ending Nikki wrote so damn well you will never see it coming! Usually, I can pick the hints up for twists in a book but not this one that's for sure.
Creature has been Maddog's best friend since they were kids even entering the military together. Some of the darkest times of their lives have been together. Creature vowed not to return to Las Vegas when he left but Maddogs call to come home changed his mind. He was to be the enforcer of the new Royal Bastards MC chapter, with the promise of finally getting his revenge for his mother's death.
Blair is a young woman who lives in Vegas and likes to party hard with her heiress best friend Bells. For the past few weeks, Blair has been looking non-stop for Bells since she went missing from an exclusive party they both attended. She knows Mateo Ruiz had something to do with it and going around town asking if anyone had seen her ends up with Blair getting beaten by Mateo with a warning to keep her mouth shut. Creature found Blair beaten up and needing medical attention immediately.
Creature helping Blair leads them both down a path they didn't see. Creatures other half has already claimed Blair and she him. Creature promises he won't let Blair get hurt again, he'll kill anyone that touches her. The club was on board to help her also because alot of things were happening that couldn't be a coincidence. It was time to let everyone know the Royal Bastards were making Vegas their territory.
Blair is the perfect little badass to be Creature's other half. She embraces and accepts all parts of him which is what he needed. Creature has never come to terms with his other half or fully embraced him until now. He never realized how much he was hindering himself by not doing that sooner. All of the enemies that popped up in this book did not all get taken care of so there's plenty more to come. And the chapter is still waiting for all its members to arrive. In this book only Skeletor who's the new vice president was introduced. I think he is going to be an interesting character. Skeletor's book is next with Rattlin' Bones.

Balen ‘Creature’ Hobbs was in Las Vegas NV to meet with the president of the RBMC: Las Vegas but first he found himself rescuing our story line heroine. A new MC, a new business, a new home and location meant a new start for a man whose life was destroyed at thirteen years of age but a call from Blair, once again, turned Balen’s world upside down, and our hero found himself falling for a woman who was hoping to find someone she loved. The world building follows several paths including the how and why of Balen’s life; the search for a missing woman, and Blair’s protection against those taking aim at our story line heroine.
The relationship between Blair and Balen is one of immediate attraction. Balen aka Creature rescued Blair following an assault, and in this, Balen aka Creature found himself falling for the woman that would steal his heart. The $ex scenes are provocative and intense.
The secondary and supporting characters include President Maddog and Lark, SAA Manic and Bianca, Skeletor, Creature’s father Hank ‘Tinman’ Hobbs, Nurse Phyllis Paul; rival MC Bladed Serpents, and crime lord Mateo Ruiz. The requisite evil has many faces.

Balen felt his best friend, Flint, shaking him and his voice finally breaking through his shock and as he heard Flint calling his father and telling him to get home his body started shaking and the tears started to pour.
Balen was thirteen when his world fell apart and his mind started to fracture. His mother's bloody body was surrounded by broken wood from the force of the gun blasts to her chest.
He had watched in horror as his mother was killed and then heard a voice inside his head telling him to let him in.
Blair looked up at her savior. The biker approached her slowly asking her who had attacked her. Before passing out she remembered him telling her his name was Creature.
I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. I highly suggest that you read this series from the beginning as the characters are recurring in this MC club but also to understand the shadows that follow them.
This book is action-packed, full of danger and violence. Creature had only returned to Vegas because Maddog needed him. This book has several twists that lead back to the past and Blair's search for his missing best friend has unexpected consequences.
If you love MC romance you will love this series. Highly recommend!

This is the third book in this series. This book is part of the Royal Bastards MC world. Balin is back in Las Vegas. His best friend has asked him to become part of the Las Vegas chapter of Royal Bastards MC. He meets Blair when he is leaving the bar he was supposed to meet his friend at. He finds her beaten and bloody. She doesn’t want him to take her to the hospital but when she passes out, he does anyway and it is a good thing she does. Blair is looking for her friend who has gone missing. When the man connected to her missing friend attacks her and then threatens her. She knows she needs help. Balin feels the need to protect Blair. She is meant to be his and he will do whatever it takes to make sure she is protected and that she knows he is all in. Balin’s dad was in an MC. He grew up knowing how things go. Now he finds himself in the middle of it. There are parts in this book where I wonder how something happened. Maybe it will be explained in a later book. Either way I really enjoyed this book. I look forward to reading more books in this series. Nikki is one of my favorite authors. Great Nikki.

There is nothing like a Nikki Landis MC book in this reader's humble opinion. Her imagination and creativity know no bounds. The way she combines MC romance with a touch of paranormal always holds me captivated from start to finish. The RBMC Las Vegas chapter is a unique group of men. Not just in their finding one another to form this brotherhood but they each have a unique talent which resides inside them. Balen “Creature” Hobbs is no exception. Ever since he was a young man he’s known that there was something inside him that drove him to do things. As he’s aged he’s learned to suppress it for the most part. But when he finds a woman, battered and bruised outside a club, all bets are off. Something inside him makes him not only want to help her but to protect and avenge her. But with forces threatening his new club affiliation, can “Creature” keep both his club brothers and the women he’s come to care about safe?
Outstanding read. I can’t recommend it or the series enough.

Balen, aka Creature, hasn't had an easy life, but it's because of that he's pretty much stayed as a nomad until he comes across a female who had been severely beaten. All of a sudden, he's drawn to a woman, and will do anything he has to do to keep her safe, including staying in one place. Blair is trying to find her best friend when she comes across a dangerous man who doesn't like the questions asked about him so now she's in a lot of danger. That man is still threatening her even in the hospital so she's now sure what to do but she makes the decision to let Balen in, & the rest is history. These two are perfect for each other, but that bad man is still very much after her. This story was wall to wall action with the twists coming in hot, but there's also the humor & heat with a sweet kicker to make it perfectly rounded out so once again I was left wishing that there were a million more pages. The impatient wait has begun again for the next book as I will never stop needing them in my life! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Balen “Creature” Hobbs ,my hero.
From the very first lines, Balen Drake Hobbs, aka Creature, captivated me. Hailing from a Proud Marine family, I felt that Creature truly epitomized the spirit of a devil dog, right down to his biker lifestyle.
The new angle introduced in this RBMC chapter is fantastic, especially as we meet the officers hinted at in Maddog's tale. Although this installment doesn't delve deeply into MC life, it lays a solid "foundation" and "framework" that bodes well for future stories!
I'm usually not a fan of instant love, but it really clicked in Creature and Blair's narrative. The supernatural elements added a layer of authenticity to the profound bond they shared. I absolutely adored Tinman and hope to see more of him and Phyllis!
This was a quick and engaging read, with a fast-paced plot that never dragged or lagged.

Jeepers Creepers is book 3 in the Royal Bastards MC Las Vegas chapter written by the amazing author Nikki Landis. This is Balen “Creature” Hobbs & Blair Connelly steamy and dark biker romance story. Their chemistry is off the charts!! For best enjoyment, the series should be read in order. My opinion, Hell on Wheels must be read before Jeepers Creepers. The story line is very well written and full of action, danger, suspense, enemies, a bit of paranormal spin, missing friends, sexy bikers, strong ladies and very bad guys. Creature is seeking out answers and revenge, his the Enforcer for his club. Blair is a strong and persistent heroine. I love the moments in the desert with Lucifer Morningstar. Can “Creature” keep the women he’s come to care about safe? Can he find revenge for his mom? The end, OMG, I cannot wait for the next one !!! Highly Recommended!!

Creature is a nomad and his protective instincts come to the fore when he comes across Blair, who has been beaten outside a local bar. Blair is strong, feisty, and a survivor, who is looking for her friend. Both of these characters have endured tragic losses in the past, and Blair just wants to right the wrongs of the past, and Creature is determined to protect her at all costs.
This is a well written action packed story, which is dark, raw, gritty, and intriguing, with survival, danger, suspense, revenge, determination, emotions, romance, and love, which leads to an entertaining, tragic, unpredictable, twisted, and steamy page turner with a paranormal twist.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This is Balen's story and I found it rather interesting. I also have always liked the paranormal twist that each of these books have in the series. I feel like that gives a little something more to what's going on, adds to the storyline. The MMC has a little something extra to him and the MFC Blair she's a strong, fiesty determined heroine. I think these two characters just work well together and they get each other. I also like that the MMC felt first for the MFC. A few other things that I liked about this book was that it had just enough action to keep my interest and the other thing that I really liked was that the MFC was dead set on seeking out answers from the past, to right any wrongs. It is a really good book.
