Phantom: A Folly Beach Halloween Mystery

Rate this book
Chris Landrum’s least favorite holiday was rapidly approaching, and his wish was that Halloween would slip away like a phantom disappearing into the fog. The retired bureaucrat’s hopes were shattered when a man walking within inches of him was gunned down. Chris then learns the dead man was on Folly for a conference of psychics, mediums, witches, palm readers, and others with paranormal powers.

Was the killer one of the Folly Beach residents who didn’t approve of the fortune tellers’ visit? Was it a fortune teller who had something against a colleague? Or, and more frightening, was Chris the intended victim? With the police stumped and his life possibly in danger, it was up to Chris and a few of his quirky friends to catch the killer.

Another exciting visit to Folly Beach!

Another well written and enjoyable visit with Chrjs, Charles and the rest of the residents of Folly Beach. Add in murder
, psychics and Halloween and this is the perfect mystery!

A much more entwined storyline. Didn't reveal the killer until the very end. I always enjoy the location of Folly Beach. I've been there so many times, I know exactly where Charles and Chris are every step of the way.
