I've been listening to this story on YouTube and Trying to like it. It's part me, part the book, I just don't care for it. I wish AS the best of luck in the future, but I'm going to have to DNF at 50%.

If you want a brief overview- Two dysfunctional people meet and trauma bond. Lots of past abuse.

This “author” has been accused of plagiarism (word for word) by more than one author (on wattpad). A many number of this Alessa Steel’s books sold on Amazon have changed to currently unavailable.

If Alessa Steel is selling plagiarized works, this author ought to be banned permanently from here in goodreads, in Amazon, and in anywhere online books/stories are sold.

Making money out of other people’s work is Despicable! Just despicable! I’m beginning to wonder if this book is also a plagiarized work 🧐🤨😒

Book is written like a middle school child. The amount of grammar, spelling and name issues are astronomical. The writer forms a sentence like they are headed one direction but 2-3 words in decided to go another but didn't want to correct the sentence overall or start the sentence over. The plot of the book and story line is good but overly drawn out. Writer desperately needs a publisher for actual direction and proof reading before blindly publishing middle school work.

Alessio and Ava had me on edge the entire book. Their marriage being an alliance between the Italians and the Russians added so much tension. Ava’s life before Alessio was heartbreaking—between her abusive father and her trash ex-fiancé, she really went through it. Robert is absolute garbage and I hate him with my whole chest. And that cliffhanger??? Rude.

Love Alessas books ❤️ its so unfortunate that someone used her name and covers to plagarize other books, people think it was her but she wasnt! It was people that took her covers when she used to post her audiobooks on youtube. Shes a great author and I am glad she could take the fake booms down
