ഒരു ത്രില്ലർ നോവലാണിത്. എഴുത്തുകാരി തന്നെ കേന്ദ്ര കഥാപാത്രമായി വരുന്ന ഒരു കഥ. തൻ്റെ പേരിൽ വരുന്ന ഒരു നോവലിൽ പറയുന്നതുപോലെ യഥാർത്ഥത്തിലും സംഭവിക്കുന്നു. ഇതാണ് പുസ്തകത്തിന്റെ ഇതിവൃത്തം. വികാരങ്ങൾക്ക് കൂടുതൽ മുൻതൂക്കം കൊടുത്തതുകൊണ്ട് ത്രില്ലർ സ്വഭാവം ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ട്. യഥാർത്ഥ ജീവിതത്തിലെ മനുഷ്യർ കഥാപാത്രമായി വരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടാവാം അവർക്ക് ആവശ്യത്തിന് കൂടുതൽ പ്രാധാന്യവും നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇത് രണ്ടുമാണ് അല്പം രസം കൊല്ലിയായി തോന്നുന്നത്. പുതിയ കാര്യങ്ങൾ അറിയാനും പല പിന്നാമ്പുറ കാഴ്ചകളും ഇതിൽ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുന്നുണ്ട്.

ഇൻസിഷൻ എന്ന നോവൽ ഇഷ്ടമായത് കൊണ്ട് തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത മായ കിരണിൻ്റെ മറ്റൊരു ത്രില്ലർ.
ഒറ്റായിരിപ്പിനു വായിച്ച് തീർക്കാവുന്ന ഒരു സാമാന്യം തരക്കേടില്ലാത്ത നോവൽ എന്നു പറയാം.

നമ്മൾ ഇപ്പോൾ അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന കാര്യം ഇതിനു മുൻപ് ഒരിക്കലെങ്കിലും അനുഭവിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതായി തോന്നുന്ന ഒരു അവസ്ഥയാണ് ദേജാ വു. അതു പോലെ എന്നാൽ കുറച്ച് വ്യത്യാസം ആയി ഭാവിയിൽ സംഭവിക്കാൻ പോകുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ തൊട്ടു ദിവസങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപിൽ ഓൺലൈൻ നോവലിൽ വരുന്നതാണ് പ്രമേയം. എഴുത്തുകാരിയും അവരോട് ചേർന്നു നിൽക്കുന്നവരും പിന്നെ മുൻ നോവലുകളിലെ കുറച്ച് കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളും വരുന്ന ഒരു ത്രില്ലർ.

തൻ്റെ പേരിൽ എന്നാൽ താൻ അറിയാത്ത ഒരു നോവൽ ഒരു ഓൺലൈൻ മാഗസിനിൽ വരുന്നത്തോട് കൂടിയാണ് നോവൽ തുടങ്ങുന്നത്. തുടർന്ന് നോവലിൽ കാണുന്നത് യാഥാർഥ്യമാകുന്നതോടെ നോവലിൻ്റെ ഗതി മാറുന്നു.
