Not me being the first review for this because I'm actually insane for these guys. 😭

Sooo good though!! This continues the story of the department store hostage situation William accidentally finds himself in and then the next story is about the Moriartys' playing a paintball game against each other. I didn't expect the second story to actually end up connected to the first but it was and it was iconic.

This was all just a perfect example of William's big ass brain and the way he handles situations is so brilliant. 🤌 I've long been obsessed with the way he shows no mercy to those who harm the defenseless. He is the perfect definition of "looks like a cinnamon roll but will actually kill you."

Also William with children?? I'm foaming at the mouth, he's literally so father. 😭

Polowanko z Moriartym.

Kontynuacja poprzedniego tomu zwala z nóg, uwielbiam w jaki sposób przedstawili relację Liama z Heleną, tak samo jak fantastycznie jest sam fakt niektórych szczegółów ich interakcji. Rozumiecie dziewczynka obdarzona zdolnością synestezji (widzi kolory głosów) wraz z intelektem i sprytem Williama tworzą zgrany duet, który może uratować dzień.

Kolejną historią jest paintball, który organizują bracia, osoby wtajemniczone w MTP rozumieją jakie to jest mocne, trudno teraz przybliżyć wszystkie interakcje między poszczególnymi bohaterami ale musicie uwierzyć na słowo, że to było coś godnego samego Mistrza Zbrodni.

Ciąg dalszy "polowania" nastąpi w ostatnim tomie, na który nie mogę się doczekać.

Même si je n’ai pas lu le manga principal, j’ai quand même eu envie de découvrir ce spin off. J’avais adoré le premier tome et il se terminait d’une telle façon! Je n’ai pas mis long feu avant de me plonger dans la lecture de ce second tome. J’avais hâte de voir comment l’histoire du magasin allait se terminer et j’ai été aussi impatiente de découvrir quelles autres histoires on allait avoir par la suite. C’était passionnant à lire, j’ai beaucoup trop aimé ma lecture.

Dans ce second tome, William se trouve dans un grand magasin de luxe quand les clients et le personnel sont pris en otage. À ses côtés : une très jeune fille du nom d’Helena, qui semble « voir » les voix « en couleur « . Le « plan » du chef des preneurs d’otages, un certain Jake Voorhees, est d’une telle intelligence et d’une telle cruauté qu’il enflamme rapidement l’esprit de William !! La solution du mystère se trouve dans la « voix »…

J’ai tellement aimé voir le raisonnement de William. Voir la réflexion qu’il se fait, le plan qu’il met en place et compagnie, je trouve ça fascinant à voir. C’est même incroyable de voir à quel point il arrive à déduire certaines choses sur pas grand chose parfois même. Le moindre petit détail même minime, a son importance et surtout il va tout de suite le détecter. J’aime beaucoup le personnage d’Helena, son « don » est hyper intéressant et pour être honnête je ne savais même pas que ça existait ce genre de choses. En tout cas c’était très intéressant de voir comment il a fait pour réussir à se sortir de se pétrin. La seconde petite histoire était très intéressante également! J’ai d’ailleurs hâte de lire le dernier tome pour voir la finalité de cette histoire ci. Ce genre de partie de paintball était super intéressante. Elle nous permet de voir l’intelligence des frères Moriarty et c’est un vrai plaisir d’avoir revu la petite Helena d’ailleurs!

Je le redis encore une fois mais qu’est ce que j’ai hâte de découvrir le manga principal mais aussi l’anime! Je sens que je vais me régaler. Ça frôle le coup de coeur pour ma part. J’ai aussi hâte de voir comment cette histoire va se terminer et quelles autres aventures nous attendent avec le dernier tome!

that was so good omg!! i love helena, she's such a sweet girl. the case with her was really interesting to read but it's the second one that got most of my attention – can't wait to read the 3rd volume!
