Mated To The Enemy

Rate this book
Nickolas, the vampire king, had lost hope of ever finding his mate, resigned to the belief that he was destined to spend the rest of his days on Earth without her. However, fate takes an unexpected turn when he embarks on a journey to the werewolf kingdom. In a twist of destiny, Nickolas finds his mate—a werewolf, and not just any werewolf, but the princess and daughter of his father's murderer, Amelia Anderson.

Despite her royal status, Amelia's life is far from the fairy tale one might expect. A unique aspect of her identity brings difficulty, and being the sole individual among her peers without a mate intensifies her sense of isolation. The trajectory of her seemingly mundane life takes an unforeseen turn the day she encounters her mate. Suddenly, she is thrust into a reality she never imagined, and Amelia finds herself paying a steep price for a lifetime of sins she didn't commit.

"I, Amelia Anderson, reject Nickolas Adams II as my mate." I've had enough. I don't know why I didn't reject him the moment I arrived here. What the heck was I stalling for? Nickolas and I don't have a single chance in heaven of being together. It's better to feel immense pain now than keep enduring little bits every time we run into each other.

The muscles in his back tighten, but he doesn't turn back and says, "Accepting your rejection would be doing you a favor, and that's the last thing I would ever do for you." He walks away after that.

This book contains mature and sensitive themes such as abuse, violence, and offensive language. It includes situations that may be triggering for some readers, so caution is advised.

Great read

Get past the spelling, grammar and name change slip ups. Obviously this author has other books going on in their mind which I hope to find and read as well! Chalked full of action, adventure, romance and gore one of the best novels I've read in a long time. Thank you for sharing your imagination with us.

Technically dnf at about 20% but I jumped forward some chapters here and there to see how it progresses annnnd it was rough

The MMC is a dick through and through. Truly an intolerable character

FMC was somehow weak? Even tho she has these hidden talents that are apparently gonna show up sometime around never cause this book is 700 freakin pages.

Too long. The MCs don’t have any chemistry between eachother other than their mating bond that the MMC hates and the FMC hates too but not nearly as much and gets her heartbroken every 5 minutes.

MMC physically abuses the FMC multiple times. Spice scene that I did catch happens at like 60% and it was a joke

Good

It's an intriguing plot; pay attention to the trigger warnings. The only thing that turned me off completely was the “Yes Daddy” scene. Overall a good story.
