I chose this book under fantasy because critters cannot drive to the beach with their dad. I did however enjoy this book because I know young readers would enjoy to see everything bad happen to the dad and Im sure they would enjoy how the story ends. Their experience at the beach might not have been the best but they sure did enjoy spending time with their dad!

This book about how dad spends day with his children on the beach. How they try to find the best spot on the beach but it was impossible. Finally, dad has a great idea, and they are going to the back yard where they have a fun.

Mercer Mayer's Little Critter series is the best! This might not be the strongest in the overall series, but these books are still comic gold.
