BOOK REVIEW:

Book Details

Name:
TILLY'S TALE.
Author:
HARRY PORTER
INTRODUCTION:
Children and parents will enjoy Tilly’s Tale by Harry Porter, the heartwarming story of a rescued dog who finds love and a new purpose in life.
When Tilly’s owner becomes ill and is no longer able to care for her, the man’s son brings Tilly to his own house, where she is mistreated by his wife and ignored. Scared and uncertain, Tilly’s life takes an unexpected turn when she is dropped off at the sanctuary and adopted by a new family that includes two other rescued dogs.
SUMMARY:
Told in Tilly’s words, this is a story of hope restored and one dog’s journey to find love again.
In this well-written, inspiring tale, readers get a glimpse into animal abuse and neglect from a dog’s point of view. That scared me at first, as I was wondering how young people would handle it. I feel the author did an excellent job of showing the reader the emotional ride Tilly finds herself on after her beloved owner falls ill. I believe many of these emotions are ones that children will easily relate to.
Even though, at 8, my nephew is slightly younger than the target market for Tilly’s Tale, which is readers ages 9 to 12, she was able to not only understand what was happening, but also be touched by Tilly’s story.
ARGUMENTS:
Although this story is full of lesson ,that how we should poor and needy dogs but still there is some question arises.what will you done if the dog become aggressive and you are not able to handle the dog ther will be a two conditions;
• what will he do if the dog helped by the author was a aggressive dog?
• Dog was the sweet dog.
CONCLUSION:
Either its a book but in real life we must be careful in helping the dog because its too dangerous for us .However leave it helpless is not a solution try to help the dog in the most easiest way .Some dogs are good in nature so try to become sweet with them .Although the dog which were grow in houses or in home.are sweet ,So try to b good with them.

This is Pippa's best book yet. My daughters are pony/horse crazy (as am I!). We read and reread all of her Tilly Pony Tails series. This new one, Team Spirit, seems to gave a slightly older feel. Tilly is more grown up and is competing at a higher level, but it has Magic Spirit still. It's very exciting, always wanting the next chapter would definitely recommend.

First half of the book felt really rushed. Too much packed in to too few pages. Second half was much better, I just would have liked the whole book to have been longer so we could see more. More depth to the characters, particularly as Tilly is older in this series, and less rushing through the prep work to get them to the championship. Still a pretty good read though.

It was a great book, I could not stop reading it.
the chapters just stopped at the most unusual places, and when I was finished with a chapter an had to go to bed, I thinking about what happened in the book, and what would happen next.

I would recommend reading it to any horse lovers like me...

This was ace. I read the whole series of the younger books (all 18!!!) and this one is for slightly older readers, but I liked it even more.
