It was okay. A lot of the advice was very manifestation heavy and a *biit* unscientific. That's great if that works for you, but wasn't relevant for me. However, credit where it's due, the introduction to ADHD is clear and useful, and the chapters on organisation contain very sound advice. Overall, the most helpful sections for me were chapters 16 and 17.

Thank you very much for writing this book. It jumped out at me at the library! My son has ADHD, but more and more I've been wondering about myself, and even my dad. This helped me figure some things out from an adult perspective! I also enjoyed the Mindset activities, as I already study a lot of that, so I enjoyed putting it together. I'm going to buy a copy to have on hand!
