Ahhhhhh what the hell?!? Y’all if you haven’t picked up this series you must. The political intrigue, the characters….everything is just done so well.

Volume 8: Episode 100-115
Volume 9?: Episode 116-122 (Season 2 Finale)
P.S. I don't know of there's volume 9 or if volume 8 is supposed to be until Ep. 122 but it was great to know that Navier did not waver with his ex's pleas. The knitted shirt for Heinrey the bird "Queen" was very sweet but as expected, this season ended in a cliffhanger. Will proceed with Season 3 with caution because it is ongoing and though I'm tempted to Fast Pass, I will just end up waiting longer until the end. 🥲 I pray for patience so I won't go bankrupt on coins. 😭

So many awwe moments here. The ex-husband/emperor is falling apart and though it was very satisfying for his bad decisions to hit him on the face, I could care less because of all the relationship development between my favorite royal couple. Slowest of the slow burns, I would say. I admire Heinrey for being smooth but man, you're so slow sometimes! 😅 Seems like, Navier is already falling in love for the first time and Heinrey should strike while the iron is hot. 😁🥰

Each volume has been so good, but with the past few volumes, they have been better than the last! This is true for volume eight too! Seeing Navier's happiness really bloom by Heinrey's side reminds me why I deeply deeply love this series because it is incredibly satisfying to see her flourish around people who love and care for her.
It still enrages me to see how ridiculous Sovieshu's thoughts are and that he really thought if he wrote a letter to Navier explaining his honest intentions that she would suddenly divorce her NEW husband and come running back to her OLD husband?? Then to have the audacity to dance with her and ask for a personal response to his letter on his WEDDING DAY?? Like shouldn't you be with your WIFE Rashta and be excited for this new step in your relationship?
I can't even begin to understand that kind of thought process or why he thought ANY of the women in his life would be okay with him undoing everything in a year's time!
Since reading the latest season of The Remarried Empress and my entire view of Rashta changing, I've seen her story through a very different lens. My heart really broke for her in this volume and seeing how much she deeply loves Sovieshu, only for him to do all these things behind her back showing he still deeply loves Navier. She deserves so so so much better than anything he can ever offer her!
Navier is so beautiful (as always) and I really feel I'm thriving as a reader with her slowly becoming more expressive! I adore Heinrey's love for her and how sweet he is to and with her because she deserves nothing less! Plus her having her friends back around her has made me so very happy!

I've read all the way up through Chapter 122 on Webtoons, and since the first two volumes are 15 chapters each, I'm assuming I'm good to mark these all as read lol
As much as I truly dislike Rashta, I get that she has her reasons. Who really deserves all of the blame is Sovieshu. He has the audacity to feel bad for himself and try to gaslight Navier. Ugh. U G H!
Grand Duke Kaufman is tied for my favorite male character (which isn't surprising since I seem to have a thing for the tall silver/white haired characters with interesting eyes.......*cough cough Kakashi and Gojo cough cough*
Heinrey has such Golden Retriever energy and reminds me so so much of Tamaki Suoh, and I am HERE for it.

Navier is a better person than me because if my loser ex-husband emperor told me via letter that the only reason he divorced me was because he planned to marry his pregnant side-piece so their child could be legitimate before breaking up with her to remarry me to raise his love child together, I’d crash out in ways never before seen~

I need more of this graphic novel, I'm so in love with Navier and Heinrey, and seeing how their relationship develops is beautiful, I like many characters, like Kosair, Mckene and Navier's ladies in waiting are very interesting to me.

After all that Navier’s gone through, she deserves some victories, and she scores quite a few in this volume. Back in the Eastern Empire, life is not happily ever after for the Emperor and his new bride. Meanwhile, in the Western Kingdom, formidable allies have gathered to help Navier establish herself as the new Queen. And although things haven’t gotten physical with Heinrey yet, things are certainly heating up between them. Overall, the volume should very much please Navier fans.
The Review
Navier’s embraced her new life as Heinrey’s wife and is working hard to establish herself in her new home. However, Sovieshu, having discovered that Navier overheard his plan to divorce her, is desperate to get her back on his side. He comes off as both self-centered and pathetic as he first sends a message via a trusted aide, and then, after she refuses to send a response, invites her and Heinrey to his wedding in hopes of speaking to her personally.
His frustration is not unnoticed by Rashta, who’s dealing with insecurities of her own leading up to their wedding. Though Navier is physically gone, her influence and legacy lingers. Thus, Rashta is compelled to continue competing against her absent rival. At this point, Duke Ergi, who had been guiding Rashta in her rise to power, seemingly vanishes from her side. As a result, she’s free to act upon and face the consequences of her own rash decisions.
Sovieshu and Rashta’s souring love affair is a stark contrast to the love blossoming between Navier and Heinrey. Navier does still face the challenge of dealing with former Queen Krista’s influence in the Western Kingdom though. However, old friends from the Eastern Empire rally to her side. In addition to Laura and Countess Joubert, the former Duchess Tuania arrives along with her lover Viscount Landre, who, as it turns out, is head of a division of transnational knights. Between this elite military group and Heinrey’s own secret knights, there are a bunch of random fighting forces popping up in the plot, and I’m guessing they will end up playing key roles in Heinrey’s political plans.

Como amo los finales felices (no literalmente). Es que me da una gran satisfacción ver cómo el karma devuelve toditas las que les hicieron a Navier. Es que no sabes la satisfacción que me da escuchar a Heinrey restregarle a Sovieshu que lady Navier es SU esposa (i am happy). Se me formo una sonrisa diabólica y todo.
Tres cosas: 1) Heinrey sonríe y hasta se me ilumina toda mi vida. 2)Heinrey sonrojado y nervioso por Navier me da mil años de vida. 3)AHHH Heinrey le dio un besito en el cachete a Navier, que lindos basta. Fin de fangirleo.

Aún me enfurece ver cuán ridículos son los pensamientos de Sovieshu...
¿¡Realmente pensó que si le escribía una carta a Navier explicando sus honestas intenciones, ella de repente se divorciaría de Heinrey y volvería corriendo con el!? ¿Y luego tener la audacia de bailar con ella y pedirle una respuesta a su carta el día de su boda? Realmente, ¿acaso piensa?
La satisfacción que me da escuchar a Heinrey restregarle a Sovieshu que Navier es su esposa. No pude evitar sonreír en todo momento jaja.
El Gran Duque Kaufman lleva tiempo como mi personaje masculino favorito a pesar de que no aparezca mucho, aunque se vio envuelto en un problema con la ex Emperatriz, me alegra que se haya podido arreglar todo pronto.

The wedding scene was so great for Navier. I still resent that the eastern empire turned on her when she actually cared about them. I can’t understand why they’d have any faith in Rashta being a gold empress and that donation mess was so stupid of her.
This continues to have the same themes I’ve read in other manhwas with the long suffering female lead who consistently takes the high road. Even when she seemingly takes a detour towards being more offensive instead of constantly being on the defensive, it’s never that vengeful. I’m wondering if we’ll see some huge act of revenge from her in the future.
Also, for once, I totally see how a drama could be made of a story without leaving anything out. This story could be condensed a lot.

A really solid volume with lots of important developments and emotional moments. I loved seeing Navier become even more confident, and the dynamic between her and Heinrey keeps getting better. A great read that left me excited for what’s next.

Sovieshu se prend un retour de pelle bien méritée dans ce tome et cela m’a fait plaisir de le voir autant souffrir et se faire ridiculiser par une Navier soutenue par son humble mari.
Rashta est toujours égale à elle-même et m’insupporte. Elle complote à nouveau et risque de faire beaucoup de dramas dans le prochain tome.

Me leí de corrido el vol 7 y vol 8. Es hermoso esto, el dibujo, la historia, todo te engancha. Sigo leyéndolo, no veo que haya nuevos volúmenes pero si hay nuevos capítulos y los pienso maratonear cuanto antes!
