This could have been a very interesting book but it was too repetitive and came across like someone’s college paper that was converted into a book. There were some good ideas but they were never really fleshed out. Also, illustrations would have been nice to show where the vagus nerve is and to demonstrate the suggested exercises. I will try the exercises but didn’t love the book.

Cool. Pretty homegrown book but it piqued my interest and was nice to get right into practical / tangible. I’m going to pick up “the Great Nerve” next as that seems to be the most up to date / well-researched volume on this fascinating vagus nerve.
