Useful guide for people who want to optimize the benefits of diet
I really liked how cholesterol was reviewed without it seeming that I was reading a medical book. People who would like to gain a lot of benefit for a small amount of change will benefit from this cookbook. I'll never be able to look at the "fats" portion of a nutrition label the same way again.
Misleading. Only 130 recipes. There is a 28 day menu. Not sure how you would get 1800 out if the book. Better books available and better recipes can be found online.
