I don’t know why I’m still struggling with this book series. I’m literally forcing myself to read this story, I’ve only DNF one series ever, and I would hate for this to become series number two on my DNF list. Some aspects of the story are intriguing, some of lore of the story is intriguing, but I get lost about what to make off f the Alosians. Also besides finding the code book, what are they going to do about the other ship captains once they find the books. I was under the impression that they didn’t have any descendants. Also, if there are no descendants to inherit God Walker ships, how do they recruit to fill the other 23 ships? Also, where are the other 23 ships? I’ll give book number four a try crossing my fingers.
