Older than the woman he has a crush on, Deke worries that the age gap he has with little Suzi is too big for anything to happen between them, so he watches after her from afar as a friend. But, after he says some very harsh things to her in the hopes she backs away from a dangerous news story, he may have ruined his chances and friendship with her for good.
News reporter Suzi doesn't believe she is really a little, mostly because she didn't have much of a chance to act like a kid during her childhood. She also believes that no one sticks around for good and that if she is too much trouble or work people will leave like her mom.
But, when a huge news story she wants to break but puts a huge target on her back, Deke steps in to let Suzi know that he’s there for her, whether she wants him to be or not and there is nothing she can do to push him away. But will Deke be able to keep the independent little Suzi from the threat looking to keep her quiet by any means necessary?
Deke was an over protective Daddy that had to grow on me because of the initial way he spoke to Suzi, but when we truly see what’s in his heart, it’s easy to forgive. And, Suzi needs every ounce of his over protectiveness, because she really is in a life or death situation!
I adored watching Suzi learn to believe in her little as she learned to let go of others expectations and just be herself under the care of Deke. I also loved that with Deke’s support and the love of the Musketiaras as well, Suzi learns just how lovable she is and that she can trust people with her heart and emotions.
This story really had it all. There are some adorably cute scenes, some sexy moments, great suspense and an overall sweet and nurturing vibe as Deke and Suzi’s relationship progresses. 4 stars!

Cami Carlisle began setting the stage for Deke and Suzi in previous Sabre Security Daddies books. Deke grumbles unendingly about Suzi and her news stories. It gives him the openings he needs to spend time with her. She's caring, sunny, happy in her job, smart and a little lost. Deke has wanted her for years but he's not good with words and is too old or so he thinks. Gentle encouragement and lots of loving care finally give Suzi's Little persona the freedom to be. Becoming part of the Musketiaras and learning to let go, romp, play and misbehave is everything she wanted and hopde for. Having a big tough loving Daddy is a dream come true. When the story of the decade is dropped in her lap, a huge target is painted on her back. The Society or an outlaw MC gang or a compromised corrupt offical could come gunning for her...possibly all three. Deke and Sabre try to plan for all contingencies but an unexpected news release thwarts them. Deke becomes a bit crazy and has to be reeled in. His Rosebud is in danger and nothing or no one will stop him from saving her.

I loved the relationship these two had. It wasn’t always easy but Deke helped Suzi not only by keeping her safe but also making her feel safe and protected enough to let her walls down. I loved the suspense and seeing all the guys of Sabre come together to help Suzi. It was also fun seeing the Musketiaras and their shenanigans. I really enjoyed Suzi and Deke’s story and can’t wait for the next in this series!

Cami struck gold again! I have loved getting to know all the guys at Sabre and how they each have found their true loves! Deke is no different and though he has such a commanding presence it is obvious how much he cares for Susie. I will say I am disappointed how long it took for them to finally find eachother but in the end it all makes sense as they both had struggles they needed to over come first. He is such a loving and caring Daddy that you never doubted his feelings for her and that he would go to the ends of the Earth to keep her safe. I am finding it harder and harder to decide which of the guys I love the most but Deke is definitely at the top! DEF read this if you want a love story of a Daddy and his Little!

My heart is full!
I love this series and couldn’t wait for Deke’s story! And what a story it is!! Deke has been waiting for the perfect Little girl for a long time and always knew in his heart that it was Suzi. All he needed to do is face his fears and show her, but Suzi has issues with finding her own Little. Can Deke be the one to help her? These two are so perfect for each other! Their witty banter made me laugh and their sizzling chemistry is off the charts. Deke will do anything to protect her and keep her from harm. I loved how Suzi kept him on his toes throughout and how much Deke loved every minute of it! Such a delightful story. Deke and Suzi are life!!!

Reporting to Daddy
I loved the story between Deke & Suzi. Of course you know you always have The Society to deal with but I'm this book they were bystanders with a helping of stuff trafficking MC & of course the dirty Attorney General. I don't want to give away what happens, who gets hurt, & the timeline it takes for everything to happen because that's part of the process in reading this series & especially this book. The musketiaras are always there with Georgia's crazy bucket list, so you know you are definitely in for some spankings among all the other things only a reporter that's not sure she had a little can get into.
I loved the story between Deke & Suzi. Oh Deke! I really enjoyed this story so much. Suzi isn't sure she has a Little inside her and for a bit, her and Deke mixed like oil and water but you know that the time is coming when she is going to need his help. The story is fast paced and so good that I couldn't put it down. Cami Carlisle is an amazing author who knows how to keep her readers on edge while reading the wonderful stories she gives us. While this can be read as a standalone, I highly recommend you start at the beginning so you get a chance to know the previous characters who "float" in and out each book. Love, love, loved it and i can't wait for the next one!

It took my breath away.
It took my breath away but it also left me hanging. Susie owned and operates the Daily Nugget; the local newspaper. In the last book with Gath and Breezy the bad guy sent to Susie all sorts of information to take down the General, the Society, and the Warriors. Now not only does Deke have to prove he his the Daddy to help her find her little but protect her from all of these groups that are out to get her. Where the book let me down was at the ending. I needed more than what was there. Like what happened with her grandmother and did they get back together. Did her mother get exposed as the person she was to everyone.

Very sweet!
Deke, and Such had a tough beginning. Size had no childhood. Reading, and speaking like an adult as a toddler, and the only bit of whimsy in her very early years, was her grandmother. Who was packed up and put into a retirement home for patients with Dementia, even though she didn't have that. Her mother hated Darling, and anything about the DDLG lifestyle. Finding her little was so hard because she had so little of a childhood to draw from. With all the dangerous people, and gangs threatening her. It is a page turner for sure.. They really earn their HEA ending. Trish A

Suzi owns the local paper and her journalistic endeavours have led her into dangerous waters. Deke works for Sabre Security and just wants to keep Suzi safe no matter how his words affect her.
Though they have their misunderstandings, Deke's care finally allows Suzi's Little to thrive.
These two are wonderful together and once Deke shows Suzi how truly special she really is, their HEA is beautiful.

Please get a different proof reader! Wrong syntax. Missing punctuation. Incorrectly capitalized words in the middle of a sentence. Every time I encountered an issue, it caused me to lose the storyline for a moment. I tend to "enter" the stories as an observer, and being an English major and a retired legal professional, these "missed catches" are annoying. Otherwise, I love these stories!

Cami carlisle has got this reader hooked. When I started this series it was all new to me Daddies and Littles. But after reading the first book and Deke was introduced I knew his book would be hot, full of danger and his Little aka Suzie would bring him to his knees and the author deliver. 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

I really enjoyed this age gap story. I liked that the MMC thought he is too old for the FMC. He was more of a protector than a creeper. I enjoyed the how the story progressed, and the characters. This is the first book I've read from this author but I really enjoyed it and look forward to more books in the future.

Please tell us there's going to be more in this series. And to anyone wondering if they should read them or not, I say if you enjoy a great Ddlg book these are fantastic. The Daddies are dreamy, the Littles are hilarious and there's enough comedy to get in a giggle or too (especially with Vivi). The only downfall is there's no more 😞

Another great addition to this series. Suzi wasn't sure she even had a little much less how to let her out. Deke was sure she did. Deke is my new favorite book boyfriend. He was so patient with Suzi. So many emotions. This one's a keeper.

Truly Interesting Reading!
Deke and Suzi are an amazing couple. He’s an overprotective Daddy who knew she was a little and he helped her to discover her. Both of them and Sabre went through a lot and to deal with some bad people. Thoroughly enjoyed reading this!

I love the variety in jobs these littles have in this series its not all just low level entry level work. Some are business owners or in Suzi's case an Ace reporter that owns a newspaper. So great.
