Fun Magik story. The art in particular was stellar.

Another fun little entry.
Illyana finds two kids running from vamps and attempts to save them.
She intentionally gets herself captured to make them think that they had the upper hand.
Once the vampires begin their hunt, Illyana reveals herself to he MAGIK and goes on a killing spree.
The head honcho thinks that no one can defeat him, but...
Check it out if you like Magik and vampires!
My only complaint is not really a complaint. Everyone has creepy looking faces in this comic.

I picked up this volume cause I wanted to learn more about Magik as a character after learning about her from some video games.

This volume didn’t really provide any info or characterization so I guess I’ll have to look else where for that.

It also didn’t provide much entertainment value so I’m gonna have to give it a 2.5/5

Good art, good story, good ending - can't fault a thing about this one-shot. It starts off by giving some meaningful backstory and follows through with the protagonist trying to rescue some kids near her homeland from folks that have been turned into vampires and have lost their senses.

My fav comic so far :) I've only read a few but this one really struck me with its incredible art style and such a badass, strong and empowered woman that Magik is. I support women's wrongs, which means I support her beheading vampires with a sadistic smile. Go queen.
