Best believe I skipped most the stuff on pregnancy as I’m not at that stage in life. Decent book, reiterates the same message you will hear from doctors and what you’ll find online regarding PCOS. Haven’t learnt much apart from the seed cycling which I found interesting and will try incorporating the way it’s suggested. I have added seeds into my diet and have seen a more regular cycle, but I also think it’s because I have changed my diet with a focus on nutritional value and not just low calories and high protein.
This book was super helpful as an intro to my new PCOS diagnose but it felt quite repetitive at times stating the same information over pages of content.
