Picked up this book from the library, thinking whether it has got any good insights to how one becomes a millionaire.
The contents page doesn't indicate too much about property investment but when you start reading the contents, it is heavily geared towards property investing.
No doubt it pays a good part of the portfolio for most Australian investors, I won't pick this book to read about property investing. I'll go for something more in depth elsewhere.
Having said that, the book does have its gems. One thing I learnt was that I don't really need to be FOMO and get into sexy investing, e.g. cryptos in order to be a millionaire.
Overall a quick read, skimping over many parts which might not be applicable to overseas readers.
