This is a fabulous book! I read it and then immediately ordered more copies to pass onto friends. For anyone in a leadership position, this refreshing, thoughtful, honest, kind & challenging book will practically equip & inspire you to lead yourself - primarily - in order that you can lead others well. To lead from a deeper place.

December 29, 2025This is an absolutely excellent book for any kind of leader. I bought it on a whim after following Karl on Instagram and loving his teaching, I knew I was going to enjoy getting my teeth into whatever he had written!
Every page contains meaningful, deep and challenging advice on how to first navigate your own mind and then interact better with those you are leading.
A book completely compatible and highly recommended for Pastors and spiritual leaders too, who are often ‘behind’ when it comes to understanding psychology and how the mind actually works. All truth is good truth, useful for our growth and for the people around us.
