“The Base”
From the most “Top Secret “military base in the country comes this tale of jealousy, deception, intrigue and triumph. The newest most sought-after military innovation “The Project” is about to be released, after many years of research by the military’s elite scientists. Unfortunately, there are many who seek to steal and intercept the invention for their own agenda.
Written from the inside of a place that few have ever seen with the most forbidding climate to keep outsiders away we follow our developers to the completion of their mission. Their success depends on a sacred trust and ethics while they live in conditions that would try even the strongest most resolute soul.

‘The Project” must succeed or we all will fail – and it will fall into the hands of the enemy.

Will they stay true when their spirits are put to the ultimate test?

Or will we all soon be controlled by the invention that was intended to keep us safe?

A very probable story with many valuable lessons about the competitive nature of cutting-edge research, the courage it takes to succeed both as a scientist while staying one step ahead of the spies and thieves that lurk everywhere.
“The Base” is a suspenseful, gripping story with many unforgettable characters.

Some families are moving into two spaces but one seems to be wealthy and has thrown out all of the appliances and sinks and refurnished it with higher quality appliances. The children and parents are not happy about living there and bets are hey won’t let. The Man and who’s family are compelling is called The Bug Man as his wife and he house the most unusual kinds.
The three scientists are astute and know that their Vector is vulnerable to thieves at the base headquarters they create a prototype or fake Vector which is stolen but the truth kept secret and the panic begins as the demonstration date is near and how are they going to be there when the unthinkable happens and two women show up at the house of the Prophet and the Vector is stolen in a van where it’s placed.

But corruption and drug stealing and counterfeiting drugs and more come into play when we meet the scientists from Pharmaceutical Cartel whose goals are not sanctioned nor honest as they want to create enhanced drugs, side effects don’t care, changing formulas to create addiction and the end result they just want the sales and stealing formulas and scientists their goal too but not getting Vector I will they try again?
The voices of these people and their goals are chilling and the coolness even more. While the three scientists and their families are gathering venom from the jellyfish and the children want to explore the base where they are.
But Clark is smart, and the cartel scientists relate what they need but first Marta and Joao talk with our team and hope Bio-caulk connects all the parts of Vector I and can be a huge success and asset in the medical community. But it is now a top secret component in the defense industry and will probably stay that way until the military orders an issue on the next spec-sheet added to the original 13. Their reset is to leave the island with different vials of types of jellyfish venom and eventually create full synthetic versions for Vector I.
But the author throws in many highly unexpected twists that shock our scientists and those in the cartel. The vector I hybrid stolen communicated with Clark who had the vector destroy itself and then it ejects a micro spy chip which detonates a huge explosion and destroys at PC headstand lives are lost and more information comes as Clark has the base commander scan for reports from Vector 1 J1 Hybrid and you won’t believe the end result as photos are sent, deaths are reported and the we hear Max the head of PC ad he is struck with pain and severe itching and more but rule one never take or touch the product plus Venus who controls who is a client and how things run too is worse but will never give up and Max might die from a self-inflicted overdose, Venus will shock you and someone else is now at the head read pages 140-141 to hear their creed and know they are heartless and unfeeling. What about Venus is she done and the scientists back at home base will continue on but in what direction and this is far from over as the author leaves us hanging in the balance wondering where the research will take both our team and those still at PC. Page 142 reveals what the hybrids will be used for but there is much more danger to come I can feel it. Tensions rise and everyone is on alert on both sides as the first journey with The Base ends and everyone is ready for the next.

I received a copy for Kindle to review.

This book started out really interesting, with likeable characters. But by the second half I felt like I was reading two different books.
