I love this book! Madonna provides interesting examples to illustrate how her grief hack can help people process loss. The writing is clear and welcoming. I recommend this book to anyone who faces grief—these tools for processing loss and moving forward are available to everyone, which makes the path toward healing possible immediately. It’s helpful to know there are guides like this to help those of us who struggle with grief and would benefit from looking inward, facing fear, and embracing it to get to a place of peace and empowerment on our healing journeys.

This book is very interesting for those going through a grief process. What I liked is the author included other losses besides death, such as job loss or home loss. She describes in great detail a process of imaging that can help. I believe it would best be used with a therapist rather than alone.
