There’s a million things threatening to set my plans aflame, but it doesn’t matter, cause time isn't just on my side, it's under my thumb. I have the ability to reset the entire day, and unlike the weak loops I had before, now I can revert the whole day until I'm satisfied... or the Mana-storm hits Earth.
Unfortunately, there's worse waiting for me than an apocalypse. Like family. On the plus side, my best friend Sab and I finally meet up, in Paris of all places. We’d both always said we’d go, but I’ll admit, I never could’ve dreamt of the route that led us there.
As sweet as our reunion is, we do have to deal with the end of the world.
Still... at this point, it’s just another Tuesday.
This book was a marvelous conclusion to this series. I have to admit I should have reread the whole series thing because I kinda was lost a few times. So my recommendation for all is to what I plan on doing. Read them all in sequence!!!! Yep I'm going back to the start and reading all the way through. YAY.
While I’m sad this is the end, it was a wonderful ride! The characters are well written and complex, and everything has such a great flow. I look forward to following the Author and perusing any new works.
I wanted to dislike this book, I had my reservations due to the time travel element as that's something I typically hate. But I found myself really enjoying the way things turned out in this book and the actual time elements were used very creatively.
I have read a lot of books in my time, but few have moved me this much. A mix of nostalgia in familiar references as well as often totally unexpected plot paths. As the soul digests the content only a sigh of contentment remains, and sadness the journey is done (maybe?)
This series is awesome! I have found a new favourite to add to my list. I loved the ending but I still want to know more about Alexis and Co as I can't get enough of'em.
