Arcane and Viper's story was one of my favorites. I love how badass Arcane was. Viper had my heart since the very beginning. I wish the book was longer, but I still really enjoyed it! I'm a sucker for a good stalker romance, and monstrous grave is definitely one you should read!

Unfortunately I did not finish the book. It just wasn’t something I was vibing with personally.
I do like dark stalker romance books and dark romance is my genre of choice, but I found this book very hard to get in to.
I felt at points that it was too focused on descriptive writing, rather than moving the plot along.
I also found myself a bit lost in terms of the plot at points.
Unfortunately this book just wasn’t my cup of tea, but I’m sure others may enjoy it. This is just my personal opinion and others may feel differently once reading.

thank you for giving me the chance to arc read this rainelyn💜 another great and fast paced read that i devoured !! i couldn’t put this down and had me staying up all night reading into the early morning.

in this forbidden/taboo story, we follow arcane and viper on their journey back to each other. i love a good stalker romance and having that in this book just made it even better. i wish it was longer but i absolutely ate this up !!
i loved how arcane’s character grew from following orders and trying to fit into a family who evidently did not accept her. to how she realized her worth and didn’t need to find a family in a world full on corruption and betrayal, when viper was there all along. i fell in love with viper from the very beginning. the way he calls her devangel, for devil and angel, it just had be PINING 🫠 he never truly left her even when she believed he fed her to the wolves of their foster father’s criminal life. he never thought arcane was unable to follow through a hard task and in the end let her get her revenge.
this was fast paced and character driven !! great book to read to get out of a reading slump.

This is was my first book by Rainelyn, but it definitely wont be my last. I would recommend checking your trigger warnings with this one, its a dark stalker, taboo/forbidden romance between foster siblings.
Its fast paced, has action some action and gore in it. At some points I did feel like it seemed more focused on the descriptive writing, but it was still enjoyable and in some parts for me, I think it made the tension that bit more gripping, where it needed to be. I really enjoyed Viper and Arcanes story, when I say Viper is obsessed, my mans is obsessed!! Although I definitely would have loved to see a bit more from his POV. I liked Arcane, I like how she went from seeming timid and following orders to fighting back against those who betrayed her. Both of them are broken in their own way but they fit together perfectly <3 If your looking for a quick little stalker read, I would recommend giving this a try

This book is a short read Thts fast paced it has twists and action, tht will have you not wanting to put the book down..
I loved both Arcane and Viper..

Short, taboo stalker romance.
I loved the beginning of the book. The tension between Kaiden and Arcane was well-written, and I liked their relationship.
Unfortunately, the middle of the book was a bit meh for me, and I almost DNF'd. Luckily, I decided to push through and continue reading because the book got better again towards the end.
There were some parts that were a bit slow-paced and too descriptive for me. Also, in the middle, I was a bit lost with the plot and what the point of the story was. But both the beginning and the end were great.
I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review. Receiving ARC didn’t affect my opinion of the book.

Im sorry but this isnt a favorable review...
While this had some amazing Tropes which was why I signed up for the arc this just wasn't for me. It was hard to read as the storyline didn't mesh well the MC didn't have chemistry I realized it's ment to be a quick sumtty read but the storyline could have been better.

This was my first read of Rainelyn, but it will definitely not be my last - I’m so keen to see what her other works are like! This is a quick read, but is really enjoyable. This has triggers, darkness, spice, stalker, and all the taboo you could want in a read 🤭. Oh and throw in an obsessive masked biker mmc and you’ve hit the jackpot. I at times in the beginning found the fmc, Arcane, to be frustrating at times BUT overall she was a strong and badass character and her and Viper together?! OOFFTTT - that cage scene man bloody hell 🥵. The plot is not overly complicated but it was interesting and keeps you engaged throughout the story. I mean who doesn’t love a revenge story with mafia families mixed with betrayal and secrets? Also that plot twist towards the end, I honestly did not see it coming!! Overall, this was such a fun read with some amazing tropes BUT check your triggers because this one also has its fair few of those 👀.

Monstrous Grave was a dark stalker romance that has a very taboo aspect to it. The book was very well written and I absolutely loved getting to know Arcane and Viper and seeing how they each develop through the story. There was some serious revenge that plays out and I was more than excited that it happened. There was also so many moments that made me LOVE Arcane because she is just a straight up bad ass of a chick, not to mention she rocks riding a bike. I know this book was meant to be a shorter one but I will say I would love to see more of what could happen in the future with these two biker bad ass criminals 😍🖤🔥

I really enjoyed this book. Definitely what I needed to get out of my awful book slump. As always, Rainelyn did a wonderful job with this book. I really liked the way Arcanes story was told and her feelings, the wording was excellent and some of it really sticks with you. Even though he is twisted and dark, I enjoyed Viper as well and the possessiveness of him was *chefs kiss* . This book definitely has some dark elements and you should take the trigger warnings seriously. But if you’re like me and the more TW the better, this should definitely be on your TBR.
I enjoyed the smut, the plot and the ending.

first of all i want to thank rainelyn for the great opportunity she gave me for this ARC, i had such a great time reading it.
and second off i want to say OHMYGOD to these character and the plotline - all of it was so dang good.
i was hooked from the prologue on and i was reading this with the passion of a toddler for its iPad ( i'm using my brother as an example )
the tension, the angst and the mystery of the characters kept me hooked all throughout the book and i definitely will be giving it a re-read soon because it was just THAT good.

Overall I definitely enjoy this book and all the twists and turns. However for like 80% of the book I didn't like Arcane. I found her to be annoying and consistently making stupid rash decisions. But the last 20% percent of the book had me feeling so bad for her and then cheering when she was finally able to get her revenge on all the people who hurt and betrayed her. I loved the mmc from the start. He was so unhinged in everything he didn't and I loved that he stayed unhinged to the very end of the book and didn't go soft. And the cage scene was 🔥🔥.

This review is written with a heavy heart.. i was really excited about this one from the blurb, but i felt like the plot got lost in there somewhere. I had a hard time following along with who’s from what family biology. I am still confused as to whether Arcane and Viper are blood related or just foster siblings.
Arcane is clearly suffering from depression, and trauma from abuse and is very angry, however i felt like this took up 60% of the book..
The spicy was pretty good when it came around, though.

This was a sexy dark stalker romance , I loved this from the first chapter. Arcane an Vipers story will take you dark taboo ride . Arcane is truly a badass in everyway. Viper was deliciously sexy. What more could you want in a dark taboo biker romance.
The detail into this book was amazing , it grabs you and keeps you on the edge of your seat . A perfect little sexy love story of two broken people .

Monsterous
Unfortunately, this book just wasn't for me this time around. I felt like it was a bit repetitive at times. I still appreciate the author for providing an ARC copy to read and review. I can also understand why some readers will devour this dark mafia romance with a mysterious biker.

Some books affect with their harshness, others with their love story and some with their darkness. Rainelyn's "Monstrous Grave" does it with all three.
My feelings for "Monstrous Grave" warmed slowly and gradually, but in the end it managed to make me like it and appreciate how good it is.
The book is quite slow and difficult to read, on one hand because of the difficult situation in the story, on the other - because of the many inner reflections of the characters, the explanations of their feelings and emotions, which probably represent more than 2/3 of the book itself. It is immediately evident how high the writing style is because of the extremely deep and complex characters and the good execution of the story, which managed to keep my interest, although the plot is not predominant here. The story develops quite slowly, the dynamics are almost completely absent, but nevertheless it is there and you can feel it every time the action is more tense, especially at the end, at the climax, which was quite good and did not betray the rest of the book with its style.
The characters are very well built, especially Arcane, who is extremely well developed. Kaiden, on the other hand, even though we see some things from his perspective and learn elements of his past, it seemed to me that he was not given as much attention as Arcane.

Their relationship is really strong and the sexual tension is shrouded all the time in a huge dose of adrenaline and an even greater dose of fear, because of Kaiden's psychopathic tendencies and his unpredictability. This, in turn, leads to great erotic scenes - a little kinky, full of passion and desire, which are clearly felt by the reader.
✨Ours has never been a romance of candlelit dinners, gentle and passionate intimate moments. It's the kind that delves into the deeper edges, where our souls call to each other's darkness i nways no one would ever understand.
Destruction looms over us, but oh, it has never felt more bittersweet.✨
The plot twist at the beginning of the climax was surprising and unexpected, which I really liked.
And the ending was very good, fully befitting the story.
"Monstrous Grave" is a book that is difficult to go through, but it is worth it.

This is my first book by this author but Definitely won't be my last. This was a fun, quick stalker romance. I loved arcane she was a bad ass.

i loved this book, not as long as a lot of other books i read but honestly quality > quantity. the characters were so beautifully written and just the writing in general was amazing. i loved Arcane so much, very troubled and had a horrible upbringing, riddled with trauma but so strong and resilient and always fighting for herself in a man’s world. And Kaiden, the masked biker, oh my god, what a beautiful man, very toxic and manipulative and morally black but we love him all the same. i loved their story so much, after their horrible pasts they really deserved the happy ending 🥹🖤

This was a far cry from a literary masterpiece, but it was an easy and entertaining read. There were some parts that were a bit slow-paced and too descriptive for me. |loved the beginning of the book. The tension between Kaiden and Arcane was well-written, and I liked their relationship. Unfortunately, the middle of the book was a bit meh for me. And the ending was predictable, but satisfying nonetheless.
Overall I think this is a good fast-paced, short read for when you're craving a quick taboo romance.

I absolutely love Viper and Arcane’s story and their individual characters. This biker romance has some of my favorite tropes like enemies to lovers and stalkers. If you love a taboo dark romance you will love this book!
