It took we a while to get into this book and I felt the first part was disjointed and chronologically hard to follow. However the recent history was a pleasure to read and a pleasant reminder on what people with conviction can achieve and changes that can be made.
Impressive bio from impressive woman. Lots of good tips for those seeking to make a difference. One star lost due to how it constantly skips between chronological events.
Ms Phelps is an admirable person. From the get-go she is very conscientious, hard working, integral. She certainly deserves any successes she's had as she worked hard to "make" opportunities for herself, and often had the "do good for others" ethos driving her. I respect. I didn't enjoy all the media involvement stuff though, but that's about my belief system. Also, I take on board the times it was happening in. Didn't finish, not sure why. Too sensible? via audio
