June 1, 2019Peyton Manning has thrown 5,000 passes in his career. He was born in Louisiana in 1976. He went to college at Tennessee. Peyton has 2 other brothers. One of them plays in the NFL just like him. Manning won his first Superbowl in 2007 and is up for discussion as one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game.

The book "Peyton Manning" by Jeff Savage is a biography. age group 4 and up.
This book shares the trails of Peyton Manning's life and how he has become one of the greatest Quarterbacks in NFL history. I rated this book a four star because I found it interesting to read about his life and his trails and tribulations he had to overcome to be the best at what he loved to do. It tells you everything from his childhood up until today. It would be appealing to younger children that love sports. I would use this book to show all children young and older that if you set your mind to something or anything you can become whatever it is in life as long as you try hard enough and put forth the effort that it takes to make it.

This book is a biography about the life and career of Peyton Manning. This would be a great book to incorporate into a sports activity, particularly football. The biography gives meaning to the game and describes what everything means in the game of football. If a teacher gives a lesson for students to research a biography over a famous person, they could use this book, even thought it is not up to date and now he isn't playing at all for the moment.
