Worriers know how hard it is to stop worrying. I didn't find as much peace in this little "elf-help" book as I did the other three I've read, but there were some helpful reminders from similar advice I've read on quelling nagging, troublesome thoughts. Another cute book with big advice in a small amount of pages.

Have other short "books" by D. Grippo. Easy reading, drawings always great visual aids. Each book is worth rereading time and again. Truly alleviates the mind and helps see positives in life plus ways to manage.
Elf Self Help is a series of little meditation books. Every page has an illustration (that I color in as part of my worry therapy) accompanied by a little wisdom. A great gift for anyone.
