Literally read this whole thing in about 2 hours (I was in a flight). No depth.

Another Welsh Sporting legend, and a typical life/career story, if you like these sort of books about famous sport people, this book will not disappoint. Most people in Wales and maybe the entire world have heard the name Ian Rush, a stream of trophies won at Liverpool, a brief spell at Juventus were the Italian style of football in those days did not get the best out of Ian Rush, a true class act in goal-scoring when it come to playing for Liverpool, a darling of the KOP, this book touches upon such things from Ian Rush career. Again I found this book to be very enjoyable, will be a hit with the blokes more than the women (and I do not mean that in a sexist way). Well written book, good format, structure flow, easy to follow, understand and read. Worth adding to your collection if you are a Liverpool or Wales supported, although I must say that any football fan would enjoy passing a few hours reading about a true footballing great. Even today Ian Rush is very popular, and most book stores throughout Cardiff (WHSmiths, The Works, frequently have Ian Rush books on their shelves).
