A fairly good mystery that hits all of Powell's usual buttons. Florida setting, seemingly listless protagonist trying to get justice, flighty girlfriend trying to make him grow up, screwball dialogue, etc..

Pretty decent, but fairly predictable.

Shark River is a cute and classic book. Surprised me, not many people rated it,haha. Anyway, if it could have more detail, would be much better.

Has all the elements of his other Florida mysteries, but for some reason I can't pin down took me infinitely longer to finish.
