This is probably the best guide on breathing meditation in accordance to Early Buddhist texts. The title does not lie, this book will in fact teach you how to breathe like Buddha.
Yet, despite being relatively short, this book is not an easy read. It is full of Pali vocabulary, it frequently talks about some advanced aspects of Buddhist philosophy; understanding those without background knowledge is very difficult.
I still want to give this book 5 stars. It is a tough read, it is heavy and loaded with jargon but it is extremely throughout, helpful and does not leave any questions about breathing meditation.

This is a good book, but understanding the teachings was challenging. A second read will help. I was able to take what I needed to improve breath and mind during meditation. I still recommend this book for those practicing meditation.
