The author's stated purpose is to simply raise awareness of the existence of menstrual cups, so maybe my rating isn't entirely fair. I just feel like so much more could have been said while she was at it. There is a fair bit of information available online about how to find the best cup for your individual needs, details on insertion and removal, etc. would love to see a book with all that info collected in one place.
