This book might be helpful you are a high school student with disabilities but if you have a job, you have several college degrees, etc. had a job for many years, lost it and had other issues for several years that kept you from working there is very little information that is of much use. And much that is helpful can be gained in other ways in a much easier format. Don't waste your time.
