I picked up this book while facing a slight existential crisis about how u spend my time. The author gave very practical techniques on provoking one from living a life of autonomy to one of intention. I appreicated that the author insisted that our feelings come first: if we don’t want to do these exercises, we shouldn’t do them. I liked also that he prioritizes feelings, rather than pure productivity metrics, to help us align with our life goals. I’m going to have to refer back to some of his questions (which I found the most useful section of the book) to help me reflect more deeply everyday.
