Great book option for low sugar meals that are quick and easy. The intro explains type 1 vs. 2 in plain language and the recipes are clear and use easy to find ingredients. It has nutrition facts which can be super handy for some people. The 30 day meal plan is also pretty good, so you don’t have to plan from scratch. Photos are helpful, but be aware that they are probably AI-generated. Still, a great option if you want everyday meals that won’t spike your blood sugar.
Looking forward to trying many of these recipes. My husband has been out on a very low carb plan by his doctor and I'm looking for variety..I found it here! I like that there's a meal plan included as well. Definitely recommend.
