This book was awesome! Briar is friendship goals. She hires Dustin to help renovate a property she buys and they fall into a sweet romance. There is spice, there is heart, there is friendship. What more can you ask for?

Briar is the friend we all wish we had. After coming into an inheritance, she decides to buy a space to create a village of support for fellow single moms. Along the way she meets a cute contractor and that is where the romance begins.
