If you are new to Lean and the Toyota Production System, this is a good book, and I would give it a 4-star review. It covers all the basic principles, such as quality first, just-in-time, and continuous learning ('kaizen'), in the context of software development.
However, there are better books on Lean principles (which are always the same). For example, Principles of Product Development Flow is more difficult to read but provides a much deeper exploration of the subject.
Additionally, the section on how to scale an organization with a network of teams falls short. I think this is due to the fact that Theodo, being a consulting firm, didn’t really need to scale and synchronize teams around a single product.

An excellent book that provides profound insights into what Theodo and leading tech organizations are doing differently. Fabrice and Benoit extend the Agile Manifesto in a compelling way, by going back to its roots in Lean thinking.
I’ve had the chance and pleasure to work for Theodo a while ago, and I can guarantee that they created an environment that is fun yet serious about work.
All in all, this is the best theory yet about Agile at scale for tech managers.
