This intimate collection of letters from queer Black and afro-descendant writers from the diaspora is a declaration of love to the beauty, strength, and resilience of their ancestors – past and present – as they continue to carve their own way into the future. Slayeth Love provides a space for the reader to feel seen, heard, and comforted through prose. Each page illustrates a unique community effort born out of the wants and needs of those that have come to recognize that, sometimes, all you need to feel supported and continue to thrive are the words from those that understand the path you were born into.

incredibly beautiful; heartbreakin' and at the same time falling in love with words and expressions (loved the usage of different languages incl. translation to english so much!) and individuals and vibes and the queer lovin' and blackness* and the being vulnerable all in one.
