This book did not enhance my life in any substantial way. It feels like a collection of words strung together, lacking depth or significant insight. I find myself perplexed as to why so many people rate it five stars. Throughout the pages, I encountered nothing new or enlightening; instead, it was filled with quotes that are easily found in countless other sources.

Emotions are data, not commands
Feel them, understand them, but don’t let them drive decisions.

Small actions done daily outperform rare extreme efforts.
Self-talk programs the mind
The way you speak to yourself becomes your internal reality.

The moment you stop blaming, you gain control.
