Wow what can I say about this book? God lead me to it... and besides the supernatural nature of the entire account, I was blown away that this woman heard from God person to person. The realization that God speaks to people in plain English did wonders for my prayer life after that lol!
This true life saga captivates you right from the start, as if you were watching the scene unfold before your very eyes. This story takes you to on an unexpected, and profound, adventure which challenge a few of your mindsets. I loved this strange and exciting adventure which led to a wonderful ending. Most definitely I recommend this book to anyone who likes to put God in a box; although the book has nothing to do with religion that's for sure.
Just altogether a fantastic read... Regards, Milly
this lady in the psych ward wanted me to read this... so i did. now i realize that everything she was telling me about that was "happening" to herself was taken from this book... hope she gets the help she needs god bless
very powerful book...and fascinating. really strengthens your faith in God...just knowing He is right there with you in any and every situation..guiding and loving you.
WOW! This book was recommended by Prophet Robin Williams so I purchased it. Honestly? I couldn't put it down. Stayed up way late into the night two nights in a row to read. It kept me in suspense and really nailed it on how the Holy Spirit REALLY does speak to people audibly in certain situations. Believe me, she needed it! Fantastic story. I wish they'd do a movie on this one. So good!
Couldn't put it down! What makes this story all the more amazing is that it's true! Definitely challenges some of our assumptions about how God works. Highly recommend!
When I was a teen, I found this book in my mom's room and read it, so I am going off what I remember.
I really enjoyed this book. I couldn't put it down. When I finished, I don't think I even waited a month to read it again. This book has stuck with me my entire life and I have often thought about it. As an adult, I don't know how profound it would be to me now, but as a teen it was gut wrenching and nail biting. It's a super easy read.
I just might have to find this book again and read it as an adult.
I wish I could remember more about this book. I read it 25 years ago and at the time, it was quite memorable and I considered the book a keeper.
Somehow the book got away from me. Perhaps I did the unthinkable and loaned it out? That's why I don't loan books anymore. I'd rather buy you a copy than part with my own.
