Behemoth is Book 2 of the Superhuman Security series. It's a steamy, fast burn, instalove, paranormal, fated mates, girl gets her bear shifter romantic suspense. Gaelynn is a feisty and sassy girl who was raised in a cult and is living on the run from the leader who sees her as a prize. Behemoth is a burly, hunky, grumpy, ex-military Sniper turned private security, grizzly shifter, and her fated mate. When Gaelynn finds herself cornered by the cult leader's second in command, she texts Behemoth to come save her. He knows she is his fated mate, but she is human and unaware of shifters. Given her upbringing, she is afraid of being controlled in a relationship. She has tried to resist her mate, but her body has not gotten the memo. Can he keep her safe? When they find themselves in further danger, who is targeting her and his security team? What happens when she learns about shifters? Will she accept him? The chemistry between this couple was explosive and hot 🔥 hot 🔥. The witty and flirty banter is hysterical. There is a lot of drama, but in the end, we got an amazing HEA. I am totally in love with this couple... Behemoth is so hot and protective of her without being controlling, and I just love her sass and spunk. This was my first book by this author but not the last. I hope so bad that we get books on all the Superhuman Security members, especially Ghost, River, and Zeus. I loved it!!!.

I love the romance between Behemoth, aka Vital Benoit, and Gayelynn. He's tall, very muscular, and extremely handsome. She's average height for a woman and quite beautiful. He seldom communicates beyond grunts and growls unless talking to Gayelynn, his mate. Gayelynn sometimes never seems to shut up, not that Behemoth minds all that much. She is after all his mate.
Behemoth wants Gayelynn to be his mate in every sense of the word, his beloved partner who will stand beside him and face the world with him. Gayelynn, virgin that she might be, wants Behemoth and would very much like to be his lover. Her only reservation is that she doesn't want to be controlled like she was in the cult she escaped.
When Behemoth realizes that Gayelynn wants him as much as he wants her, he shows her what lovemaking truly is. Gayelynn comes to realize that Behemoth treasures her independent spirit and only wants to keep her safe.
Now that Behemoth's Grizzly has marked Gayelynn, the mate bond between them is securely in place and they can't wait to get the bad guys and enjoy being together. Behemoth's Grizzly defintely agrees. The characters in this story were really likable. Even though Gaelynn was way stubborn. I still enjoyed her. Poor Benoit was sweet and patient with his mate and took is slow with her. He didn't want to run her off. He made my heart melt so much. The way he loved his mate so much. 😩
The plot was well written and fun, the suspense and action were interesting and the characters were so easy going and loveable. I loved the other security workers. They were all so caring, along with Gaelynns friends.
This was a first by this author truly enjoyable. I liked the plot, spice, action and suspense of this one.

Behemoth is the second book of Kenzie Kelly's series Superhuman Security. This is a shape shifter, fated mates kind of romance and can easily be read as a standalone story.
Behemoth is the nickname of the lead male character, a grizzly shifter by the name of Vital Benoit. He's a security expert and bodyguard who is helping to protect Gaelynn, who escaped a cult but is still in danger (with my obsession for cult docos and podcasts, this part of the story interested me a lot). Because of her past, Gaelynn doesn't want to be under anyone's control. Too bad that Behemoth knows that Gaelynn is his mate, but on top of that she also doesn't know about shifter Society... yet.
Gaelynn feelings of control make this a complex book, and so the part of the story dealing with her feelings is quite intense. This isn't a smooth mating by any means, even without the fact that Behemoth is there to protect her.
Behemoth has a quirky best friend, a female brown bear shifter, who makes more than a few references to Jane Austen and Pride and Prejudice. And a cousin, a male polar bear shifter, who is there as part of protection/security. However, both of them bring great comic relief. Loved both of these characters.

After they go their separate ways, he is the first person she calls when she is in danger. This is his second chance to protect, as a mate should, and show her that they belong together.
Gaelynn has managed to escape the cult and found a new life. She has found her independence and she holds onto it with a tight grip, so much so she risks losing the only who loves her and will protect her.
The action starts when the cult enforcer finds Gaelynn, hence the phone call to Behemoth, and continues with the missions of the Sup Sec firm.
The basic story was okay, but there were some disconnects and a bit of a stretch tying in the two conflicts surrounding Gaelynn. At times, there was a loss of transition from one "scene" to another. One moment he is breaking her SIM card out side the diner and then he is turning to her in the car.
A significant event occurred that should have led to more and yet nothing was done with it.
It just seemed that the publishing was rushed and should have been re-edited.
If you enjoy second chance, shifter adventures, you may enjoy this book.

Part of the Superhuman Security series who wouldn’t security in the form of a sexy shifter. Gaelynn was a part of a cult, controlled, mistreated wanting only freedom that was never going to come so she took it escaping successfully getting away from a cult leader who thought she was his and escaping was a success finally a life that is normal with friends, a job oh and a large man who craves her like the air he breaths which is too much with her background. Behemoth sexy as all get out bear shifter who works with Superhuman Security protecting those who need his help wanting the one thing all shifter wants his mate to find her to love her, and the moment he finds her she wants nothing to do with him out of fear. But when she is kidnap by the cult taken back he is her only savior that one call was all it took the cat/mouse adventure is what follows he knows the cult leader want stop so she has two choices stay/ fight or run for the rest of her life because he won’t stop coming for her but she have enough courage to trust in the one man willing to protect her, why does the leader want her so badly, will she see her father again, will his team take out the threat of the cult, and can these two find happiness with each other?

Behemoth is book 2 in the PNR series and is a standalone, although it does have the same characters from book 1 and follows the timeline.
Gaelynn has escaped a cult and had been enjoying her life however, the crazy cult leader has managed to track her down and she turns to Behemoth to help keep her safe. He's a sniper who knows that Gaelynn is his mate but he's reluctant to push the issue to her past.
I loved Behemoth, he was oh so patient with Gaelynn and wanted to do everything he could to make her feel safe and secure without feeling like she was being controlled. The communication these too had was perfect for all the issues that were happening. He was very much a man of few words, but then he starts opening up.
These two were so steamy together.
The way she finds out he is a bear shifter was brilliant.

Gaelynn struggles with the over assertive side to Behemoth that makes her feel safe. Being under anyones control again could destroy her. Can she trust in Behemoth enough to do as he says and stay safe before they find her.
This was a great story of overcoming fears. I like them as a couple and how they learned to deal with everything. There was a few moments in the story. I look forward to the next book in this series.

I loved Behemoth: An Action-Adventure Romance with a Grizzly Sense of Humor Book 2 of Superhuman Security. Gaelynn was in trouble and she knew who to call, Behemoth. Behemoth would do anything to protect his mate, she may not want him but he would protect her st all costs. Of course, she doesn’t know anything about shifters or mates but Garlynn knows she is drawn to Behemoth. With all the danger she realizes she needs to embrace her feelings and allow her feelings for Behemoth to grow. This story has lots of danger, suspense and steamy scenes. I loved the storyline and the characters. So many options for who’s next to fall. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

Ladies (and gentlemen) be sure you are reading this in a private place because this story is steamy! I mean be prepared to need a fan and potentially a cool shower. Behemoth and Gaelynn are magical and inventive.
Kelly also hints at a couple other potential romances that haven’t been acknowledged yet. I’m here for all of them! This is one of my absolute favorite paranormal romance series.

Sweet and action packed love story
Gaelynn and Behemoth was a really sweet and great love story. I didn't release that this wasn't the first book in the serious. Now I need to go find the first book to read. This story kept me reading and drew in my attention. I loved the two main characters plus all the side characters who I hope get a story. Especially Ghost and Zeus. Awesome book, I do recommend.

Behemoth and Gaelynn are freaking adorable together!!! He fell hard and fast but she’s got more trauma related baggage than LAX. Who wouldn’t with what she went through after being trapped by a cult. He’s strong, stoic, and endlessly devoted to her and desperately wants her to accept their mate bond. So sweet and steamy!! Plus the rest of the team’s dynamics are hilarious!!

I haven’t read many shifter romance books but this makes me want to read more of them. I really enjoyed this, Gaelynn’s awkwardness is adorable and funny and Bee is a gruff giant who is usually monosyllabic but with Gaelynn, he is more a teddy bear than a grizzly bear. 🐻
I liked the plot and wasn’t expecting some of the turns. Easy to read, dual POV with some open door spicy scenes.

This book was suspenseful, romantic and a beautiful story. The storyline evolved and kept me engaged and curious of the next thing to come. The love and commitment shows along with how family does not necessarily mean blood. Would recommend this book to anyone that likes romance, shifters, suspense. Enjoy.

Another enjoyable read in this series Superhuman Security. This is book two. The story flows well, will keep you interested till the very end. The characters fit perfectly together and have sizzling chemistry. I am looking forward to reading the next installment.

This Book 2 in The Superhuman Security Book Series has a well-constructed world, entertaining story and interesting characters. These characters are exciting, have good chemistry, and well-crafted with unique personalities. There is drama, tension, danger, and romance. This story has action, adventure, twists/turns, chemistry and love with a HEA that must be worked for. A must read.

I love the way Bee not only protects Gaelynn but also how he lets her have control and be herself and take her time to be comfortable and learn what she wants and needs. I love their relationship. The mystery, suspense and action are all well thought out and executed.
