What Would You Do?

Rate this book
"AmericanGirl" magazine asked its readership how they'd handle everyday problems. What if someone told a lie about them? Would they tell the teacher if a classmate was cheating? This book is filled with quizzes that ask readers these same questions.

It's not that this American Girl book is fantastic stuff or will change how your girl thinks of herself or others, but it does give a parent a GREAT way to sit and talk with their daughter or daughters. There are 25 situations listed and three ways to react to each situation - with your daughter choosing what is the most comfortable fit for her. My oldest daughter and I went through each situation and talked about her friends, school, her thoughts on the questions, how she reacts to different things in her life. It was a great conversation. The book is okay, but used as a tool to promote some discussion, a parent can really get to know their daughter a lot better by it helping her open up about things going on in her life you may not see every day.

Helps one get an inner look on herself. But one must be honest with oneself to make this work.
