If you are a fellow "theolog" or even just someone who cares about your faith, then this book is the one! Cocksworth and Brown lay out an easily accessible view of what it means to be a priest today. They both bring to the table their own experience of challenges and joys of the ordained life and help situate ordination in the broader context of the Church. Not only do they help clergy understand their role, this analysis helps better place the laity in a central place in the Church as well. Truly, Being a Priest Today, is one of the bests books that I have ever read to help me discern my own call to ordination.
