Literally the Bible of good counseling supervision. While I am just starting my counseling journey post-grad school, I can see myself referring to this book often. It's truly a wealth of knowledge on what counseling supervision should be like.

Read for coursework, but a great guide to prepare for the counselor education and supervision field. Included a plethora of tools to use in supervision.
